Shipping Policy – Rawnaq

At Rawnaq, we’re committed to delivering your order with care and precision.

Within the UAE
All UAE orders are hand-delivered through our dedicated private driver to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely and promptly. A signature is required at the time of delivery.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and local customs processing. All international orders require a signature upon receipt.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You’ll also be notified prior to fulfillment and shipping so you know exactly when to expect your piece.

Address Changes
If your address changes during the production of a custom order, please inform us as soon as possible.

Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order up to three times. If no one is available to sign, the package will be returned to us. We will then reach out to coordinate redelivery—reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes.
Please note: Refusal or non-payment of duties may cause delays and will not qualify for a refund.


Returns & Exchanges

Every Rawnaq piece is handcrafted just for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item received does not match your confirmed order

  • There is a confirmed manufacturing defect on our part


Made-to-Order Jewelry

All pieces from our core collection, including custom and semi-custom rings, are made to order and are final sale. This includes:

  • Fully custom designs

  • Semi-custom adaptations

  • Signature Rawnaq collection rings


Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed, it enters production and cannot be canceled.
Please note: Any Ready to Ship ring that has been resized is considered final sale.


Resizing

We offer one complimentary resizing within 6 months of purchase for UAE clients.

  • Shipping charges to and from our resizing studio apply.

  • Please contact us prior to sending your ring. You may request a prepaid insured label from us.

  • Kindly allow 2–3 weeks for the resizing process.

Before Requesting a Resize:

  • Resizing involves a small loss of metal and may loosen pavé-set stones.

  • Avoid multiple resizings to preserve the structural integrity of your ring.

  • For best results, measure your finger size at least 2–3 times at different times of day.
