At Rawnaq, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Each item is handcrafted with precision, care, and the finest materials. To honor that commitment, we offer a complimentary Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty covering any manufacturing defects on all fine jewelry.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty protects against any structural damage or fault that results from a manufacturing defect.
Examples of Covered Issues:
A ring band that cracks under normal wear
Prongs that loosen repeatedly within a short time
Any other verified fault stemming from the manufacturing process
In such cases, we will repair or remake the piece at no cost to you.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Normal wear and tear
Accidents, misuse, or negligent handling
Loss or theft
Resizing due to incorrect ring sizing
Damage caused by third-party jewelers
Note: If your ring is caught, dropped, or exposed to force and breaks, it is considered incidental damage and not covered under warranty.
Warranty Terms
Your jewelry is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
If a manufacturing defect is found, Rawnaq will repair or replace the item free of charge.
Only the original purchaser is eligible for warranty coverage.

Shipping & Repairs
Clients are responsible for shipping both to and from our workshop unless the issue is covered under warranty.
Kindly contact us before sending any items in, so we can assist with safe packaging and insured delivery.

Tightening of prongs
Polishing and finishing
Replacement of small accent stones (valued under AED 750)
Note: Replacement of center stones or large stones (above AED 750 in value) is not included.
Additional Information
Minor variations due to handcrafted artistry are normal and not considered defects (e.g., ±0.2mm setting size or +0.2ct stone weight).
We are unable to accept liability for repairs or alterations performed by external jewelers.
For international orders, due to shipping risks, we recommend using a trusted local jeweler for routine maintenance. Warranty-covered repairs may require return shipping to the UAE at the client’s expense.
Jewelry Insurance Recommendation
While our warranty covers craftsmanship, it does not cover loss or theft. We highly recommend insuring your piece through a specialized jewelry insurance provider for full protection.
For Repairs Beyond Warranty
If the issue falls outside of our warranty, our team will assess your piece and share a transparent quote including labor and materials before any work is done. Shipping costs for such services are the client’s responsibility.
